• Ensured work was delivered according to established schedule and quality standards
• Continuously monitored and tracked progress throughout the implementation phases from start to finish
• Conducted regular site visits and safety walkthrough to maintain DGCL and safety standards
• Collaborated with the commercial team to closely monitor and control project progress against requirements

• Participated as a project management consultant (PMC) at Parsons Corporation for the Diriyah Gate infrastructure projects.
• Reviewed infrastructure designs and shop drawings for Utility and Road Tunnels, STP, and MSE Walls.
• Monitored on-site project progress to ensure control quality, and time management.
