• Through Samsung SEED (Samsung Ecosystem for Education Development), we implemented 4 digital education centers (Oradea, Bacău, Timișoara, Bucharest), trained 100+ teachers and coordinated 8 digital education ambassadors, developed a training program for digital education ambassadors, we created a training course for K12 teachers - Educational Strategies and Digital Experimentation, we trained over 200 teachers in the centres.

• I organized online events supporting 75 local authorities and 2,200+ educators in applying for PNRR C15 funding, co-organized SmartEDU 2023 (450+ teachers national wide attendees) and Zilele Educației Bihorene (630+ teachers from Bihor County).

• Facilitated Erasmus accreditation projects and digitalization consultancy for schools in Oradea, Bucharest, and Iași.
