Site establishment
To attend and discuss the RAMS meeting with Main contractor/Clients
Daily walkthrough with Sitra Tank farm specialist/Head operators to explain the daily activities and discuss about hazards, consequence and Control measures based on the approved permits for each crews
To attend and explain the Toolbox talk to assigned supervisors, crew members etc
In daily basis with Approved RAMS and Work Permit based on activities
Plan, Lead, organize and control the material deliveries, manpower and equipment distribution for each crew
To prepare and submit the mark-up drawings/Technical query (TCQ)/Request for Query (RFQ) based on the actual site conditions for Field change sheet (FCS)/Field trouble Report (FTR)
To attend Notification for Inspection (RFI/NFI) with Main contractor and BAPCO PED team for every activities based on approved ITP
Communicate with Main-Contractor, Clients and their representatives (Field supervisors, Engineers, CM & PM), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
To arrange and conducting weekly Progress meeting with all site supervision team
To attend weekly and monthly meeting with Planner, PM and Main contractor
To discuss/review and finalize the rigging study with rigging engineer/supervisor’s for all installation activities at site
To attend and prepare the Punch list items & Test packages in area wise along with Main contractor and Client
Key Result Areas: For QC Inspector:-
Develop Method statement for the activity, Inspection & Test plan and Checklist based on the specifications of the project
To check the preparations of Pile foundations, Equipment’s and structural Foundations, Columns and Beams, Slab, steel reinforcement arrangements and formworks in daily basis
To check and verify the verticality , co-ordinates , inclination , cut-off level and toe level of the tubular pile-Vertical and Raked piles
To check and verify the delivery tickets, slump test , temperature and cube test of the fresh concrete
Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per the project specification, approved method statement and inspection test plan
Check the anchor bolts, Precast Manholes/Foundations and UG pipeline elevation/alignment/coating and backfilling activities
Check the conformity with the Quality Control Plan and obtain the relevant documentation
To check and verify the surface, insulation thickness, covering of the equipment’s/vessels etc
To prepare and submit the NCR and Surveillance report to Lead QC / Manager-Dept
After being verify of inspection reports, closing RFI in Easy-plant
Quality controlling as per the Quality plan, ITP, method statements and specifications
Preparation of MAR for materials and submission to clients for approval
Coordinate with the BAPCO PED and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report
Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents
Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI
Site inspection- ( Pre & Post ) of the footings, ground beams, grade slab, columns , beams and cast-in situ slab for formworks, steel reinforcement and concreting works
Raising RFI to client by coordinating with project execution crew to carrying out inspections
Preparation of Final Handover Dossier and submission to the client
Key Result Areas: For QS:
To prepare and submit the actual quantities as per the Tender/IFC drawings
Award of sub-contractor orders & tracking subcontract works
Prepare and submit the Weekly QS Reports and Monthly Cash Flow
Coordinating and closely monitoring the cost of the project will not exceed than the BOQ
To prepare the change request for additional works based on clients requirement
Arriving new rates for non-Bill of Quantities items & other day work claims
Preparation of final jobs close out report and analyzing with theoretical quantities verses actual quantities and preparation of as built drawings
To take all the actual quantities from the site for Item Rate contract
To prepare and submit the MPR
To check and resubmit the MPR received from main contractor.
