SAP BO Reporting

• Worked on the migration of SAP BO reports by changing the data sources of the reports from .UNV to .UNX, as part of the Teradata to Snowflake cloud migration.
• Created 20+ user reports as part of the migration.
• Interacted with users and worked on multiple change requests for the reports, for which fixes were made at the universal level through the Information Design Tool (IDT).

Oracle BI to Power BI migration

• Leading end-to-end migration from Oracle BI to Power BI, including redesigning semantic models, and building interactive dashboards to modernize business reporting.
• Migrating and optimizing ETL workflows from Oracle to Databricks, enhancing data processing performance and scalability across cloud-based infrastructure.
• Utilized DAX and Power Query for advanced calculations, data transformations, and performance tuning of reports and datasets.

• Hands-on experience in developing reports, dashboards, data modelling, and implementing RLS (Row Level Security) using Microsoft Power BI.
• Created relationships between data and developed tabular and other multidimensional data models.
• Created customised charts and custom calculations as per requirements.
• SQL querying for best results, the use of filters, and graphs for a better understanding of data.
• Designed and developed multiple paginated reports using Microsoft Report Builder.
• Migrated various reports in Power BI using import, direct query, and Live Connect mode with different connectors such as Snowflake, Vertica, Oracle, Teradata, Analysis Services tabular model, Excel, etc.
• Interaction with internal and external users to achieve better results while designing various reports using Power BI Desktop, as well as Report Builder for paginated reports and self-service models.

• Responsible for managing time tracking, mobile usage analysis, and user engagement.
• Worked closely with the business unit to understand business data needs and requirements for reporting.
• Analysed data, used MS Power BI and Microsoft Excel to create business presentations and reports for management to assist in identifying areas for improvement, cost reduction, and more.
• Functioned as a Purchase Requisition Approver and was responsible for updating purchase requisition requests using the Oracle Access Manager utility.
• Involved in software licensing provisioning and assigned licence keys to the requestors for various software using ServiceNow (Vhelp in Veritas).
• Worked on report generation for Purchase Requisition requests using the Microsoft Power BI tool.
