  • Leads team of five in daily analysis and production CTF 55 products for three USN Destroyers, one USN Littoral Combat Ship, and 6 USCG Fast Response Cutters. Developing increased overall understanding of Iranian maritime patterns for increased ship readiness.
  • Program lead for OPERATION UNIFIED TAKEDOWN, aimed at finding, fixing, and finishing illicit smuggling of Advanced Conventional Weapons, maritime lethal aid, and narcotics.
  • Qualified CTF 55 Senior Battle Watch Captain, stands as focal point for all incoming and outgoing tasking for CTF 55 and all surface units under our purview. Granted authority to make operational decisions in absence of CTF 55 commanding officer.
  • Liaison to The Regional Narcotics Interagency Fusion Cell (RNIFC), staffed by multiple three letter agencies, in all matters regarding illicit smuggling of narcotics.

  • Taught IS "A" school, instructing 580 accession level students on intelligence basics and fundamentals, over a course length of 13 weeks.
  • Developed and taught new curriculum for IS OPINTEL "C" school, instructing 250 intermediate level students on journeyman level intelligence techniques and principals.
  • Earned Master Training Specialist Qualification after demonstrating and applying skills in instructional methods, course preparation and implementation, and curriculum development.

  • Deployed twice, operating in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th areas of operations.
  • Conducted OPERATION ODYSSEY LIGHTNING, a joint collaboration between Navy and Marines in the eradication of ISIL cells in Sirte, Libya. Utilized PALANTIR to conduct nodal analysis, mission and target development, and implement the F3EAD process.
  • After Hurricanes Irma and Maria, conducted HADR and DSCA mission in the Caribbean working with multiple NGO's and three letter agency's to evacuate and provide life saving support to displace persons.
  • Home port shifted to Sasebo, Japan becoming the first maritime asset to operationally operate and deploy the F-35B Lightning II fighter jet. Conducted multinational freedom of navigation operations with the ROK Navy.

Accomplishments

Authored a white paper detailing threats in the Red Sea, leading to the establishment of Combined Task Force 153 under the CMF construct. Hand selected to travel to Alexandria, Egypt to train a 3 star Admiral on how to lead and conduct operations under this new task force before he assumed command.


Developed OPERATION UNIFIED TAKEDOWN, a fleet wide operation that has utilized over 30 US warships and 15 Multinational vessel in the elimination of over seven billion dollars in Advanced Conventional Weapons, Lethal Aid, and Narcotics.


Acted as operational lead under CAPT Anthony Webber for the evacuation of civilians out of Sudan during the crisis in May of 2023. Acted as the Command and Control node for the Department of State, two COCOMS, and two Fleet MOCs while at sea to ensure operational success.
