  • My first 3 months consisted of developing my recruiting skills while managing consultant expectations. Within my first month, I was allocated to work on 3 different job roles at the Mid-C-suite level, in which I made 1 placement by identifying the client's needs with the candidate's skill set. For the next 2 months, our KPIs consisted of recruiting for 2 roles every week and submitting a minimum of 4 candidates per role.
  • My strategy involved using social media platforms to find potential candidates for the senior positions. I would evaluate their suitability and build projects with a group of around 50-90 people to increase the chances of identifying the most compatible individual. After that, I would conduct competency-based interviews with everyone and shortlist the most suitable candidates.
  • Over the past three months, I have been solely focused on building new relationships for business development within the Real Estate/Construction Industry in Saudi Arabia. I was able to secure a major contract within the first two weeks.
  • My duty entails identifying key decision makers within the company, which has successfully led me to securing large contracts.
  • I'm required to efficiently schedule meetings with potential clients, to better understand their requirements. I would further negotiate sustainable terms of business to ensure a longevity relationship.
