- Becoming largest Greenfield AP technology smelter project at single location for Aluminum production in the world targeting total annual production capacity of 18.5 million ton
- Work as a Reduction Supervisor Aluminum smelter- Motto as in top priority 'ZERO' injury & 'ZERO' Discharge in Day by day operational activities, with concrete system as per GLUF smelter
- Stabilize the pot as per Normalization, simultaneously parameters changes, process development, and daily basis tracking and sending Hot metal to cast house etc
- Training and development of new people in smelter, with modification of tools and tackles for ease to work

- Responsible for In Cell lining, shell alignment, installation of insulation bricks, casting and ramming (cold and hot) and complete inspection of pot shell before handover to start-up
- Accountable for Preheat monitoring, bath pouring and metal pouring activities and parameter control of the pot in startup mode, Pot preparation activities like pots inspection, coke laying and anode setting, mounting of flexible and shunts and pot loading (start-up of 504 new pots & restart-up 162 pots)
- Restarted-up after power outage with minimum interval (105 pots within 38 days)
- Responsible for 152 Pot cells (4Section) Operational and Technical parameters
- Work like:-Anode changing, metal tapping, Beam raising, breaker changing, Current efficiency, Metal Purity, Process Measurements & Improvements
- Monitored process parameters, deviations & recommend corrective actions and Investigated technical problems & recommending solutions
- Monitored excess Alf3%, bath temp, liquid levels, set voltages, cvd, cbt, SST, CCD & other voltage drop, ACD for 24hours, covering audit & prepared correction schedule
- Streamline all Equipment's, Manpower & resources for Maximum production in daily basis
