  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Account management, Cross-selling financial solution products, Generating revenue from existing accounts and maintaining account-based targets, Overlook Product delivery, Onsite Resource Management, Track and Deliver system related change requests, Synchronization of client product road map and FSS product road map, Direct relationship with the clients middle and executive management
  • Joined FSS in July 2018 and was appointed as an Assistant Vice President of Business Development
  • Key responsibilities were to manage the largest FSS account in the Middle East region and working with the Arab Financial Services (AFS) Acquiring and leadership team to support the Acquiring Business Division in Bahrain and Oman
  • Worked to implement and set up AFS-POS Acquiring onto the FSS acquiring Switch, FSS Merchant management system and FSS Payment Gateway system
  • Successfully delivered three POS acquiring implementations in 2018 and 2019 in Oman and Bahrain
  • Successfully managed the team that supported AFS in migrating Ahli United Bank to AFS on the FSS Switch with over 5000 terminals & 3000 merchants

  • Involved in setting up the Operations Managed services, ATM monitoring service and managing the onsite FSS project resources
