- Assist CAO in analyzing staffing requirements and also assist in devising appropriate selection procedures.
- Coordinating with recruitment agencies, supporting the CAO in recruitment and arranging interviews with candidates.
- Provide overall assistance to CAO and also - Provide assistance to CAO in drafting HR policies and Procedures and its amendment thereof.
- Prepare offer letters for the newly recruited, contracts, visa applications, and GOSI & LMRA registrations.
- Working on monthly payrolls for given location, doing the additions and deductions on a weekly and monthly basis as per reports received from location supervisors
- Maintaining leave records for staff under given location, entering weekly updates received from location supervisors.
- Preparing letters, memos and maintenance of personnel files and filing.
- Assist CAO in the formulation of annual training plan
Upon instruction from CAO, coordinate with training institutes to conduct training for the staffs.
- Prepare airline tickets, accommodation and transportations for employees
- Renewal of employee contracts, visas, RPs, and uniforms.
- Working on employee end of service and final settlements for resigned/terminated employees
- Coordinate with supervisors in the process of staff performance appraisals and follow up with them on the implementation of the same
