- Responsible to preparing Gantt charts, S-Curve for all ship repairs, offshore and fabrication projects as per the requirement from project manager.
- To prepare organization chart for all the projects.
- Once the project is confirmed, to prepare a preliminary schedule using MS Project with proper drill down all the activities and call for the meeting with all the department head or section head to discuss the project duration and send to the project manager and for client review.
- To Prepare Owner Furnished Material + Procurement items to get the list from concern department and link with proper jobs and finalize the schedule.
- Weekly schedule progress updates with Project Manager, Supervisor& Work preparator and send it to client for review.
- Weekly twice in a week attending onboard meetings with Project Manager, Client - to discuss the critical activities and escalate issue to management.
- Planning and Co-ordination of all Marine related inspection and fabrication activities.
- Keeping track of the project and ensuring the project milestones achieved at the right time.
- Monitoring the additional job, revision scope or cancellation –through change order and transferring the information to section head & department head to revise the project milestone date, if necessary.
- Weekly project report preparation for monitoring the Actual and Estimate man hours’ status.
