1. I am currently member of the Application Support team with the following responsibilities:

• Second line of support for the raised issues by the user
• Apply the needed configuration in the system
• Provide the needed support to the rest of teams in term of database support or server support or others

2. Used to be project manager of the radiology department electronic system (RIS Module), with the following responsibilities:

• First level of support for the users complains
• Manage the module and plan for the upcoming requested features by the users to enhance the usability of the system
• Expert in the systems related to the radiology system (ALMA, SPEECH MAGIC, Modality integration)

3. Used to be project manager of the E-service system (E-service it is a public online system for all citizens in Bahrain to provide them with online health services like: "online appointment, vaccines record and information, patients' information's", with the following responsibilities:

• Plan the requirements with the users and provide them with the requested system that provide the expected features
• First level of support to solve the daily issues related to the system
• Support the system for future enhancement in the features and the performance of the system
