.The main role and targets was building a CASH IN TRANSIT division for SecuiCore and to make it functional in an Year.
The starting of a new division faces challenge of CR registration Obtaining license from Ministry of Interior and Central Bank of Bahrain, office & vault organising, vehicle and other statutory requirement & operation planning and recruitment.

JOB PROFILE:-
· Managed day to day operation of 1500 cash / FLM ATMs and 2000 cash pickups all over Kerala State .
· Headed operations for Kerala State and rest of Tamil Nadu.
· Managed and ran a fleet of over 40 cash and non-cash vehicles
· Managed a team of junior managers and supervisors
· Contributed in the budget planning for each year by preparing the annual budget for the ATM department state wide
· Effectively improved the efficiency by increasing the average number of replenishments per route
· Carried out meetings with senior officials of banks and collected feedback and tailored operations in order to further improve upon service delivery
