Working as a Brand Compliance Officer , following are the General Responsibilities:
- Brand Audit for Company Owned
- Facility Articles- Signboards, Monoliths, Internal Signage's, Retail Assets and working with ISO/Safety and Contamination Control Guidelines.
- Vehicles- Service Vehicles Branding in Compliance with Municipality and CAT guidelines.
- Machines- Branding in Compliance with Used/New and Rental Guidelines.
- Documents- Internal and External Branding as per CAT and Al Bahar Guidelines
- Uniforms- All Service and Office Uniforms in Compliance with CAT guidelines for Dealers.
- Digital Owned Media- Oversee the Display and other Owned Media Nomenclature and Branding in General.
- Orchestrating the Efforts of the Core Caterpillar Marketing and Branding division and translating them to reality by Implementation in Qatar Branch(s), Yards and Customer Site(s).
- Active Participation in Customer Experience initiatives taken by the Marketing team: Retail Surveys, Mystery Shopping, Loyalty Surveys etc.
- Conducted periodic audits to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, resulting in no major non-compliance issues
- Developed and implemented a brand identity strategy, resulting in increased brand recognition and loyalty
- Designed a brand identity system that included logo, website, and social media assets that increased brand recognition.
