• Delivery follow up with all the parties / Manufacturer -coordination with joinery factory, Supplier and subcontract
• Submission and further follow up for client approval – Sample, Materials data sheet, Mockup and shop drawing
• Preparing and Coordination for Method statement as per the site and project standard
• Preparing RFIs, Maintaining RFIs Log and further coordination with client consultant for further details
• Coordination of Materials procurements (PO, WO and payment) and delivery according to the project schedule
• Setting out and marking for all kind of Structural and Finishing works
• Installation Coordination for Joinery Fit-out and other finishes at site
• Monitoring the progress of the works and ensuring the productivity of labor and Quality of work
• Preparing Joint Measurements with client and subcontractor billing and closeout
• Coordinating the site snag work, all the site inspection (materials and installation) and project handing over process with client and consultant
• Preparing Monthly project report and Critical path analysis for materials and work progress
• Project close out report and other activities – As-built drawing, O&M manual, Handing over report and subcontractor activities
