  • Supervising CS/PS/IMS Core Back Office O&M team and managing 2nd line operations and maintenance support for CS Core Network including 2G/3G/4G Core and VAS nodes.
  • Handling all aspects of CS/PS/IMS Core nodes Sw/Hw upgrades, patch upgrades, new solutions implementation and configuration management.
  • Developing CS/PS/IMS core network capacity planning and network evaluation as well as CS/PS/IMS core nodes expansions, Core nodes Sw/Hw upgrade and license expansions.
  • Co-ordination of Management Bridge during major incidents, regular communication up to resolution towards Customer management organization and alignment into Problem Management.
