• Assurance of delivery performance based on the contractual Service Level Agreement, establishment and updating of Working Level Agreements (WLA) & Operational Level Agreements (OLA) includes SLA/KPI review, Reporting, Forecasting, Improvement actions and feedback.
• Managing stc CS/PS/IMS core and VAS rollout, operations and implementation.
• Supervising CS/PS/IMS Core Back Office O&M team and managing 2nd line operations and maintenance support for CS Core Network including 2G/3G/4G Core and VAS nodes.
• Handling all aspects of CS/PS/IMS Core nodes Sw/Hw upgrades, patch upgrades, new solutions implementation and configuration management.
• Developing CS/PS/IMS core network capacity planning and network evaluation as well as CS/PS/IMS core nodes expansions, Core nodes Sw/Hw upgrade and license expansions.
• Co-ordination of Management Bridge during major incidents, regular communication up to resolution towards Customer management organization and alignment into Problem Management.
• Perform hierarchical escalation in case of major incidents and act as single point of contact towards Customer.
• Ensure that Problem Management activities are efficiently performed and are supported by other delivery teams.
• Co-ordination of Customer approval for solutions to be implemented as part of Problem Management process.
• Tracking and follow-up of external Root Cause Actions (RCA) to be resolved.

Lead Core Operations Team in Network Surveillance, Fault Management and Configuration Management domains of Core Equipment. Successfully Implemented "Mobile/Fixed Number Portability" configuration at Core Nodes for "stc Bahrain".

• Spearhead operations of Mobile/Fixed number Portability, resulted in successful launch.
• Managed Impact analysis of all network change prior to Implementation as well as analyzed Core network Solution/Way forward for implementation on core nodes based on any New Requirement from Customer (stc).
• Routinely monitored and checked on Overall Network Performance and KPI analysis.
• Consistently managed equipment Health Check and Backups management.

Significantly contributed to Core Network Implementation team for STC Bahrain 3G Network launch (3rd licensed operator in Bahrain). Routinely handled hardware/software installation of Core Network nodes. Successfully conducted ATP and final acceptance with STC & BT consultants for HLR, EIR, MSC, MGW, STP, SGSN, GGSN and PCRF.

• Created Low Level Designs and High Level Designs for Core Network nodes and supervised the Air wide EIR implementation.
• Successfully performed the thorough service testing to ensure smooth stc network launch.
• Planned and designed interconnects with other local operators of Bahrain as well as interconnect with international carriers.
• Integrated core nodes with IT mediation, provisioning and interconnect systems.
• Managed roaming implementation with STC KSA and implementation with RR (Roaming Replicator).

Core Network Implementation team for Telenor Pakistan "Siemens HLR to Huawei HLR" swap and maintenance project. Implemented world's largest HLR (in terms of subscribers) in Telenor Pakistan and the ATP as well as final acceptance for Huawei NG-HLR.

• Demonstrated hands on experience of swapping other vendor HLRs (Siemens).
• Developed SOP’s (All HLR related activities).
• Routinely handled customer complaints, trouble tickets and work orders as per SLA with Telenor.
• Successfully performed IN migrations (HLR part) and HLR cutover activities on national level.
