· Manage annual freight budget of $ 5-6mn.
· Created and manage operational plans and policies for Logistics on a global scale that result in continuous supply of equipment/Spares to the fleet in the most cost and time effective manner.
· Achieved a reduction of 55% on the annual spend in Airfreight through designing and implementing a tailored Logistics Model post transition from the Principle.
· Responsible for ensuring that the Company Customs activities are conducted in a compliant manner and eliminate the risks for fines and penalties.
· Oversee movement of approx. 2500 freight tons annually and 2 FTEs related to Company Freight logistics.
· Lead value-added Internal customer service thorough effectively monitoring and managing performance of 3PL partners that consistently over-delivered on Operations expectations.
