Joined ARO Drilling in 2019 have been responsible for planning and implementing transition of logistics services from Rowan Companies Inc., USA to ARO Drilling Co., SA setting up department and training Logistics team under supervision of Supply Chain Director. Currently resuming service to the company as the department head for Logistics and Travel since August 2020.

· Manage annual freight budget of $ 5-6mn.

· Created and manage operational plans and policies for Logistics on a global scale that result in continuous supply of equipment/Spares to the fleet in the most cost and time effective manner.

· Achieved a reduction of 55% on the annual spend in Airfreight through designing and implementing a tailored Logistics Model post transition from the Principle.

· Responsible for ensuring that the Company Customs activities are conducted in a compliant manner and eliminate the risks for fines and penalties.

· Oversee movement of approx. 2500 freight tons annually and 2 FTEs related to Company Freight logistics.

· Lead value-added Internal customer service thorough effectively monitoring and managing performance of 3PL partners that consistently over-delivered on Operations expectations.

Transferred to GAC Bahrain W.L.L in the capacity of an Operations Executive under Up Stream Oil & Gas Logistics Services.

Main role during tenure with GAC Bahrain was to be a key focal point of operational contact between Major Drilling operators and GAC in a Local or a Regional level to support logistics activities in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

• Work with Local and regional Management to Develop and implement an Oil, Gas and Energy Strategy to support the overall company strategy.
• Establish contacts and create a solid working relationship with Oil and Gas Accounts in the Middle East.
• Seek new business opportunities within selected Oil and Gas Account lists locally and regionally across all markets and business units.
• Support Management throughout the full cycle for Oil and Gas Accounts from the contact stage to the post-closing stage to ensure all customer requirements are met with client specific tailored Multi Model Logistics Solutions utilizing the full capacity of the GAC Network globally.
• Review and track progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating strategies; implementing approved changes.
• Accountable for monitoring the service delivery and taking proactive actions for the assigned accounts in the ME region.
• Work with the network partners globally to identify new trends and be up to date on global developments in Multimodal Transportation to enhance services and operation strategies provided to clients.
