The scope includes filling, ground improvement works and infra works in Hudayriat central Island. Which is divided into 3 areas.

Area 1: Construction of East (54 meter) and west hill (45 meter) by dredging and reclamation, followed by stage wise ground improvement work and later infra structure works (Sewer line, Storm water line, irrigation and water line, Substation and pumping station, dry utilities and construction of roads)

Area 2 and 3: Filling and ground improvement work, followed by Infra structure works (Sewer line, Storm water line, irrigation and water line, Substation and pumping station, dry utilities and construction of roads)

Construction of Mussafah and Hudayriat causeway ( marine works)

• Project Saadiyat Lagoons - Infrastructure & Public Realm Design and Construction Supervision Client: ALDAR Project value 750 Million AED The scope of Works: Construction for Infrastructure Works (Roads, Utilities and Streetscape), Structural works (Bridge, culverts, pump stations and sub stations) and Marine Edge Works Enabling Works (Ground Improvement, Bulk Grading and Demolition).

• Project: Development of Roads
• Infrastructure and Street Scapes at Khalifa City SW11, SW12, SW13 Client: Abu Dhabi Municipality, Consultant: De Leuw Cather International Project value 300 Million AED
• The scope of works: Construction of infrastructure and associated civil works comprising roads, pavement, street lighting, storm water drainage, sewerage, water network, irrigation network, telephone services, electrical power supply and landscaping

• Project: Construction of internal Road and infrastructure for EB11 & NB01, in Baniyas, Clint Musanada, Consultant Atkins Consultant, Project value 210 Million AED
• Project Scope of Work: Project included the construction of internal roads and infrastructure for residential plots, road works, pavements, and integrated infrastructure, rainwater drainage networks, drinking water, and sewage, as well as communication networks and road lighting.
