· Electrical Wiring Interconnection System (EWIS) including practical
· Fuel Tank Safety (FTS)
· On Job Training (OJT)
· Design TNAs
· Create Question/answer bank
· Update MT
· Create/Follow exam analyses
to manage all basic part 66 practical and theoretical training modules, including work experience log book CAP741.
· Develop and Prepare all practical task for EASA modules B1/B2 with allocated as per MTOE
· Conducting all work shop practical task training for all EASA mechanicals and avionics modules
· Conduct theoretical EASA part147 of all modules. (except helicopter)
· Develop report of practical tasks for all students on completion of each module
· Collect aircraft parts to setup parts training aid to assist trainees to visual aircraft parts
· Advice the training management for tooling to be provided to enhance training outcome
· Document and maintain all training materials in appropriate databases
· Evaluate, Review and update examination data bank
· Document and use innovative technologies to improvise training effectiveness
· Grade and analyze trainees and students exam papers

· As license aircraft engineer, managing Routine and non-Routine Maintenance and co-ordination hangar aircraft input maintenance on B.777, A330 and A340.
· Distributing manpower by job allocation.
· Carry out investigation and trouble-shooting on repetitive defects by review defect history and implementing corrective remedy on all avionics systems and equipments including IFE
· Evaluate the defect rectification of non-routine task and routine task timing as part of manpower efficiency
· Coordinating and work closely with MCC for the availability of spare part and tooling for aircraft maintenance hangar input.
· Prepare staff activity report and annual appraisal
· Duty Engineer at Base to Carrying A, C and D Checks on B.737-200 Including Troubleshooting and Defects Rectifications
· Duty Engineer at Line Maintenance for B.767-300, Tri-Star, A320, A340, A330 Routine and non- routine, transit and Defects Troubleshooting/Rectification Including Third party handling.
· Aircraft delivery Inspector of A320/A340/A330 at Toulouse.
· Shift Supervisor, manages/ supervising and maintaining all the maintenance activities and defect rectification On Gulf Air and third party aircrafts.
· Lead trouble shooting team in resolving repetitive defects on all GF fleet.
