• Handling reefer repairs for empty and laden reefers at the port ,depot and vessels.
• Ensure that repairs & PTI carried out in accordance with standards on field and shipping lines preferences.
• Carry out all kind of repairs for reefer machines Carrier , Daikin, Starcool and TK.
• Perform data downloads and update software using various methods, including laptops, AM solutions, cards, and USB.
• Contribute in SW campaigns as instructed by our principals.
• Follow up with customer with completed repairs & PTI on time.
• Create claims on the OEM website for warranty repairs and provide claim requirements as per standards and bulletins.
• Monitor spare parts stock in the location and be sure our stock is above the recommended level.
• Update repairs on shipping lines system FIS2 (HLL) / MERC+(Maersk) / Imars (CMA) and MSC.
• Issue invoices for repairs incluuding labour hour and spare parts to shipping line customers.
