Nature Of Job:

• Technical responsibility for all aspects of design, engineering, managing on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of Honeywell ESD, RTU and SCADA systems, serving as technical SME in Saudi Arabia.
• Represent Honeywell in client meetings and technical discussions, collaborating with designers and clients to address project requirements.
• Leading team of ICS engineers, providing guidance and remote support to ensure execution of technical support operations, maintain customer experiences, and successful completion of RTU and SCADA projects.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on status, performance, and business growth opportunity for RTU and SCADA projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their needs and deliver services and solutions while also facilitating business growth.
• Provide pre-sales support to cross-functional teams, leveraging experience to develop winning strategic approaches.

• Instrumented Protection Systems or ESD Emergency Shut Down System Functions (Honeywell SM / SMSC).
• PLC/RTU Programmable Logic Controller Functions (RTU2020/Control Edge Controller).

Nature Of Job:

• Technical responsibility for all aspects of design, engineering, on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of Yokogawa and multi-vendor systems solutions.
• Responsible for supervising, and/or executing technical support operations throughout MEA region, including site visits, remote support, customer experience management and generation of technical reports.
• Acting Service Contract Manager for clients located in Bahrain, Jordan, and Tunisia, managing contracts valued at $14 million.
• Deliver training sessions to clients across MEA and mentor junior engineers.
• Member of Response Centre for Middle East & Africa.

Control System Knowledge:

• DCS Distributed Control System Function ( Centum CS3000 & Centum VP).
• Instrumented Protection Systems or ESD Emergency Shut Down System Functions (Prosafe RS).
