• Created Material Requisitions, arranged for material procurement and developed technical specification for nonstandard piping items
• Engineered detail technical specifications for the procurement of equipment like pressure vessel, heater exchanger, pump, or their components like tube bundle, channel section, shell cover, floating heads,etc...
• Provided field engineering support for timely completion construction activities.
• Close coordination with internal stack holders for preparation of the construction package for site execution
• Prepared the cost estimates for budgeting and formal project approvals

• Design & Engineering for successful implementation of the new process modification
• Carry out Piping Stress Analysis using CEASER II
• Carry out pressure vessel component design using Code calc and PV-Elite
• Review of P&ID, participate in Hazop, MOC
• Preparation and checking of piping material specification.
• Preparation and checking of piping layout, support and isometrics.
• Preparation of MTO from isometrics and GAD as per Project Material Specifications (PMS)
• Preparation of Piping Material Specifications, Data Sheets for Valves and Special piping items like strainers, steam traps, hoses etc.
• Responsible for Vendor drawing review.

Major Projects Handled

• VG-30 (MP Jacketed piping system) with 3 New pump and 4 New Vessel in PIT area for Bitumen production
• New Exchanger Installation & Piping modification in NHT CCR

Stress analysis using Ceasar II

• Successfully completed in-house stress analysis using Ceasar II for more than 50 lines
• Provided trouble shooting for the existing vibrating lines using Ceasar II.
• Successfully Completed Stress analysis of total 23 Nos of critical system which includes various critical lines such as lines connected to Heater, Vessels, Columns, Pumps, Air Fin Cooler and other high pressure equipment.

Minor Projects handled

• Successfully completed the engineering for more than 100 Nos of MOCs
