• Scope: The full scope of project will construct dual carriageway road network within proposed corridors of 64m, 40m, 20m, and 16m width in accordance with project standards. This tender package scope also includes the proposed trunk sewer line along Bu-Samra Street which will collect sewage flows in DN122, DN124, QS061 and from future and existing development areas around and convey the collected sewage flows to tie-in to the existing Interceptor in Al-Shamal Road.
• Project: Advance Grading Work in West of Umm Slal Mohamed - Package 1
• Client: Ashghal
• Scope: The main earthworks operation consists of cut and fills construction of limited height including preparation of excavated materials and disposal. Quantity of cut being 2,165,140 m3 and fill being 2,404,040m3.
• Attended meetings with clients as needed to discuss their project requirements.
• Analyzed historical data to identify trends in estimating costs.

• Project: Construction of Energy Center and Car Park on Plot Q at Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City

• Scope: The scope of work comprised of construction, completion and maintenance of the main building to a total approx. built-up area of 74,083 m2 including a Primary Substation. Total duration was One Thousand Ninety-Five (1,095 days).
• Project: Energy Centre Construction Project - 974 Stadium (former 4th Precinct)
• Client: Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy
• Scope: The project involves the construction of an energy center for the Waterfront Stadium Fourth Precinct. It included a district cooling plant, thermal energy storage tank, wet utilities for potable water, firefighting and treated sewage effluent, electrical substations and offices to oversee the operations. It also included associated site developments, providing access, parking and infrastructure for utilities required to serve the stadium.

• Scope: Expansion of Hamad International Airport Taxiway and construction of utilities.
• Project: CENTRAL DOHA & CORNICHE BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT (AUG-2019) - FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

• Scope: The works consists of seven (7) main corridors (roads) and seven (7) internal zones, three (3) pedestrian underpasses, maximum five (5) above-ground conventional multi-story parking structures, and a cycling and jogging track along the Corniche that extends from Ras Abu Abboud Bridge to Hilton Hotel. The scope of work includes construction of foul sewage, surface water, TSE, landscape and public realm, and electrical and street lighting improvements.
