Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes
Manage project schedules and budgets related to MEP systems, tracking progress and addressing any deviations promptly
Conduct regular site inspections and review contractor work to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
Prepare and review MEP system documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and operation manuals
Conducting all pre-commissioning & commissioning activities like pressure testing, static flushing, dynamic flushing of chilled water network
Carry out regular inspection of utilities, preparation of the area for maintenance.
Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
