● Taking approval for materials through material sample submittals in compliance to project specifications.
● Estimation of project and preparation of BOQ and quotations as per Projects Requirements.
● Quantity take off From IFC drawings for Mild steel and stainless steel components, steel structures fixtures, Beams, Columns.
●Recording deviations from contract, Preparation and Claiming of variation orders.
● Preparation of AS BUILT drawings as per site installation.

• Floating RFQ (request for quotation) in market for the suppliers quotations for different materials
• Obtaining a reasonable discount and negotiation from the supplier
• To raise the RFI’s for not clear information
• To prepare the qualifications & exclusions for scope of works
• To go for tender bid and for client meeting with senior sales engineers/managers
