I observed how the dentist did his work and how he treated the patients, and I was there and ready to help whenever I was needed. Here is when I realised medicine and dentistry were not for me. Although I did not particularly enjoy this experience, it had taught me multiple things and added to the skills I have. My communication skills, listening skills and problem-solving skills were improved. Furthermore, another important skill that was improved during my time working besides Dr. Yasser amongst other dentists is my teamwork skills. Another lesson learned was that having strong work ethic is very important.
