- Lead marine operations in line with QHSE standards and international maritime safety regulations.
- Coordinate closely with clients to provide technical support, resolve issues, and meet operational expectations. Assist the Operations Manager in the preparation and monitoring of the annual R&M Opex budget.
- Approve technical spares and part requests via the StarFSM procurement system and review vendor invoices and track expenditure to identify and manage high-cost items.
- Collaborate with the Crewing Department to ensure the vessel is manned according to client and flag requirements.
