• Contributes to achieving the objectives and strategies of the Ministry by following the best human resources management practices appropriate to the Ministry.
• Responds to inquiries of the Ministry's employees regarding appointment, or resignation.
• Coordinate with recruitment agents to find the suitable candidates.
• Preparing personal interviews to determine the most suitable person for the vacancy.
• Coordinates with specialists in the Ministry and outside it to finalise procedures related to personnel affairs with the relevant authorities.
• Preparing detailed reports and statistics related to human resources activities in the Ministry, and submitting them to the direct supervisor.
• Supervising the payment of the final settlement of resigned and terminated services, and preparing monthly salaries.

• Assisting all Directorates and Offices with the recruitment of highly qualified employees in order to enhance the Ministry's performance, and improve the quality of services delivered.
• Renewed the contracts for all the ministry's employees.
• Interviewed and hired a candidate who fitted the job vacancy, and team requirements.

Organising administrative work, conducting communications, organising and keeping files, coordinating the functional procedures, and following up on the work of the head of the department.
