• Act as Company Diving Representative for offshore and refinery-based diving operations, ensuring full compliance with IMCA, HSE, and client contractual requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections of diving vessels, systems, and surface-supplied diving equipment, ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance prior to operations.
• Perform on-hire inspections and audits of contractor diving spreads, vessels, and equipment before mobilisation.
• Review, verify, and approve Contractor Divers’ CVs, certifications, and competence in line with contract stipulations and IMCA standards.
• Work closely with Contractor Diving Supervisors to plan and execute safe diving operations.
• Lead and review Subsea Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems.
• Serve as Marine Focal Point for diving incident reporting and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Produce safety alerts, safety flyers, and lessons learned following incidents, audits, or near misses.
• Deliver offshore safety briefings and presentations to diving teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed audit logs, inspection records, and safety documentation.
• Played a key role in major subsea works within the BAPCO Modernisation Project, including wharf terminal upgrades and installations.

• Co-ordinated diving operations for a 5-year contract with American Navy 5th Fleet, managing team schedules, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance to support successful mission execution.
• Supervised surface-supplied commercial diving operations in inshore, offshore, and inland environments.
