Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing, implementing and reviewing the company's HSE Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 and ISO 45001).
- Support and monitor to develop and implementation of company HSE Policy, Objectives, and Targets.

- Provide advice and consultation to department staff to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with environmental and safety regulations, standards, and practices.

- Communicating and Coordinating legal and other requirements with regards to Health and Safety Obligations.
- Participating and perform in the development of Risk profiling, Risk management and Risk assessments or Job safety Analysis to track and analyze Key Performance Indicators for performance improvement opportunities.
- Responsible to collate HSE performance of construction and specialist divisions and report to Sr. Management.
- Conduct preconstruction job explanation and kick-off meetings to explain construction execution safety requirements per contract scope.
- Coordinate with certification bodies, Stakeholders groups to establish, implement, and maintain the company's ISO certifications.
- Responsible for external communication on company HSE performance to interested parties.
- Preparation and updation of HSE documentation during all the project phases and evaluate the safety trend analysis, preparation of monthly progress report.
- Perform job site safety compliance inspections, including hazard analyses and safe work procedures, and prepare written reports and recommendations.
- Promoting and maintaining a positive culture with site management, consultants, clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with Site Manager and Line Management in the development and maintenance of the HSE Management System.
- Effectively manage the fundamental reasons for the organizations with moral, legal, & economic.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of hazard control systems, policies, procedures and recommend changes that reflect improved opportunities to eliminate workplace incidents and injuries.
- Subject-related orientations/training/on-the-job trainings/ are being conducted for top management, including staff, agency staff, contractors, service providers, and employees.
- Investigating and reporting the Accidents / Incidents/Fire/Property damage & Near Misses and finding out the root cause for the same. (Top Set Investigation).
- Develop and coordinate the project Emergency response plan and team and conduct relevant mock drills to evaluate the effectiveness.
- Review and analyze injury, property damage, and statistical loss data and work with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.
- Develop and ensure implementation of work permit system.
- Conducting and sharing internal and subcontractors meetings.
- To create a Behavior-based positive Culture, training is given to the Line supervisors.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and evaluate their performance in accordance with the HSE plan and procedures.
