Working as a project manager, Handling D11 8Nos of infilled houses @ Bilad al qadeem (Ministry of housing project).

• Worked as a Civil Project Manager for Crest View (Hidd Tower), a 12-story residential building located in Hidd, overseeing complete project execution and coordination.
• Leading the construction of three 3-story luxury villas in Dilmunia, managing all phases from planning, structural work, to final finishing, and client handover.

• Handling 30+ residential projects, including villas and apartments, overseeing the full project lifecycle from excavation and block work to final snagging and handover.
• Managing real estate development across various locations in Bahrain, including Barbar (12 villas), Sadad (18 villas), Sitra (3 villas), Damistan (2 villas), Riffa (1 villa), Aali (3 villas), Samaheej (1 villa), and Shakura (2 villas + 3-story apartment).

• Supervised sub-structure (Raft foundation) works for 4 multi-story buildings at Diyar Al Muharraq as part of a large-scale residential development.
• Worked as Project Engineer for E.K. Kanoo projects, managing the Motorcity Service Extension & Ziebart Facility at Mameer from sub-structure to final snagging.

• Worked as Project Engineer for the HRV Private Villa at Riffa Views (L-466), managing sub-structure works and ensuring technical accuracy and execution.
• Handled final stage works including snagging and last coat painting for the construction of 27 houses (Type D11) at Site 230, Block 937, Buhair (Riffa) – Ministry of Housing project.

• Worked as a Site Engineer, overseeing architectural works for the Promo-Seven Office Building in Muharraq for 6 months.
• Served as Civil/Site Engineer for the 21-story luxury Saray Tower in Al-Juffair (2016–2017), managing structural and on-site execution.
• Worked as Project Engineer at El-Mercado Village, Janabiya, where I led the construction of 42 luxury villas from excavation to final snagging and handover.

• Worked as a Draftsman/Site Engineer for 1 year, handling design and execution responsibilities on-site.
• Successfully completed three projects: spa interior design and construction, two luxury villas in Banashankari, and a school renovation in Hebbal, Bangalore.
• Prepared technical drawings, coordinated with teams, and ensured timely project delivery with quality and safety compliance.

My duty was to supervise the contractor as the schedule period, and make sure the materials match as the specification requirement. I was also assigned to meet the client and take his notes about the working procedure before any payment needed from him.
