Not all wounds are visible and not everyone has the courage to show them. I am a clinically grounded and empathetic psychology professional with a strong academic foundation and a passion for both practice and teaching. As an academician and mental health advocate, I strive to bridge theory and therapy by creating safe and reflective spaces for healing while nurturing psychological insight through research, education, and evidence-based care.
A humanitarian at heart, with a deep belief in the innate goodness and resilience of people. The greatest strength is often found in individuals who simply need kindness, a listening ear, and support to heal. The strongest parts of ourselves usually lie beneath silent struggles and hidden pain. Whether I’m teaching or counseling, my purpose is to help others recognize their needs, find hope, and develop the strength to stand on their own- through genuine connection and compassionate support.
