• Supervise, site inspection and monitor civil maintenance/construction of infrastructure and building construction activities including interior finishing.
• Co-ordinate with the team for maintenance schedule to ensure the availability of materials and spare parts.
• Co-ordinate with project team for site activities to ensure that the actual resources, HSE requirement and approved materials are matching with the time baseline.
• Review, monitor and analysis of site work progress, base line program, BOQ, Quotation & Contract SOW.
• Oversaw PQP, KPI & Quality Management System (for construction activities.
• Review drawing, MAC, ITP, RFI, method statement.
• Coordinate with team for execution of ELV, MEICA and underground dry/wet utilities as per local & international specification.
• Collaborated effectively with architects for optimal design solutions.
• Ensured health and safety regulations adherence during all projects.
• Review material submittals (MAC), drawings (Tender, IFC, Shop & As-built) and other project relevant documentations.
• Study/review of geotechnical report, plate load test, Physical/ chemical properties of pavement, Concrete mix design, concrete cube test, FDT, etc.
• Attend Progress/ Bi-Weekly meeting with Consultant, Contractor & Client.
• Attend testing & commissioning and handing over process. Review Operation & Maintenance manual, Warranty Certificate, Spare parts.
• Able to do the analysis of lab test result for concrete, soil, Road pavement courses, Paving block, Reinforcement, etc.
• Issuance of NCR/site instruction and punch/snag list to contractor.
• Co-ordination with Engineer/ client /local authorities for way leave, work permit and shutdown activity.
