  • Design and execute strategic plans for Fintech Galaxy Bahrain in alignment with company's strategic expansion and financial objectives

  • Identify key performance indicators and set goals for subsidiary, monitor performance and progress, and plan towards achieving those goals

  • Build, manage and monitor Bahrain team, assist them to meet their organizational goals, and ensure team members have necessary tools needed to perform their jobs; make use of existent resources in other countries where Fintech Galaxy has a presence in
  • Set and implement policies that meet applicable regulations and requirements of legal authorities, auditors, and other certification-related institutions (i.e. ISO, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Bahrain, including labor law, Open Banking regulations, and other regulations as may be issued by Central Bank of Bahrain and other authorities
  • Obtain necessary licenses for Fintech Galaxy to operate in Bahrain, including Account Information Service (AIS) and Payment Initiation Service (PIS) licenses under Bahraini jurisdictions
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Fintech Galaxy's existent and prospective clients, cultivate new client and partner relationships to achieve sales targets as set by company
  • Conduct market research and analysis, as well as SWOT analysis for the company in Bahrain, plan and implement improvement activities where necessary
  • Manage Profits and Losses for subsidiary and regularly issue statement reports, mitigate risks of additional losses, and develop policies and procedures to optimize profits
  • Lead sales and partnership activities and negotiations while prioritizing Fintech Galaxy's interest
  • Ensure company's image is maintained across all its activities, especially while dealing with external parties (clients, vendors, partners, fintechs, etc.)
