• Am working in Al hilal hospital since April 2018 till date. As a team we helped in improving spectrum of surgical cases being handled in the department of orthopedics at Al Hilal Hospital. Since then department started accepting and operating intermediate and major trauma cases. Some of the surgeries we perform are calcaneus fracture fixation,malleolar fracture fixation proximal tibial condyle fixation, tibial shaft fracture nailing,tibial pilon fractures fixation,patellar wiring,femur shaft nailing . Also we conducted two modular bipolar uncemented hemiarthroplasty surgeries and have performed AC joint plating,humerus shaft plating,both bones forearm plating, distal radius k wiring and plating, scaphoid fracture per cutenoeus fixation ,hand and foot k wiring.
• During this time arthroscopy unit was newly set up in department for carrying out knee Arthroscopies .Approximately 30 arthroscopy surgeries were performed which included diagnostic scopy, meniscal repair,meniscectomy and ACL reconstructions using hamstring grafts. I had been involved in first knee replacement surgery at Al Hilal Hospital in 2018. Apart from this I run OPD clinics four days in a week and operate other 2 days.

• Have participated in community health camps for awareness of common orthopedic health problems for employees of various industries in Bangalore. Have participated in CTEV correction camps called "HEJJE" in Bangalore. I was part of TKR camps called " GURUNAMANA"
