• Review and checking of project Final deliverables like As-Built documents, IOM Procedures & Vendor Data Book etc. associated to Static Equipment and Packages to ensure compliance with BMPS and international codes & standards.
• Review, co-ordinate and resolve Site Technical Queries (TCQ), RLMU and FEI related to Static Equipment.
• Participate in Site inspections and PSSR walkdowns.
• Reviewing and approving Site design changes considering overall performance, reliability and safety.

Project - BAPCO Modernization Program (BMP), The Bahrain Petroleum Company B.S.C

As part of Integrated Project Management Team, responsibilities include:

• Checked design compliance with product specifications and standards requirements.
• Review and checking of project deliverables associated to Static Equipment and Packages to ensure compliance with BMPS and international codes & standards. BMP Units under my responsibility include No.3 Sulphur Plant Units & Utility Units, No. 1 Residue Hydrocracking Unit (1RHCU), No.3 Hydrodesulphurization Unit (3HDU) & No.1 Hydrogen Recovery Unit (1HRU).
• Participate and facilitate IPMT meetings with Contractor and Vendor to resolve technical issues.
• Review, co-ordinate and resolve Technical Queries (TCQ) related to Static Equipment.
• Field engineering activities for installation and inspection of Reactor/Column/Vessel internals.
  Review and approve Field Engineering Instruction (FEI) for field related modifications. Participate in
  Safety & Mechanical completion walk through.
• Inter-discipline co-ordination for review and approval of Site Technical Queries (STCQ’s).
• Review & approval of final engineering deliverables like As-Built documents, IOM Procedures & Vendor Data Book etc.
• Final review of Contractor & Vendor documents to ensure compliance with the project standards, scope of work & Licensor’s specifications.

Projects: Marjan Increment Project Package #14-Lead Engineer, Shedgum/Uthmaniya Pipeline Project - Assigned Engineer, Upgrade Air System at Berri Gas Plant- Al Jubail, KSA- Assigned Engineer

As a Lead Engineer/Senior Engineer, responsibilities include:
 Resource planning and team management.
 Preparation and checking of engineering deliverables complying with applicable design codes & standards.
 Preparation & checking of Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS), Engineering Drawings, Package/Technical specifications and Material Requisitions.
 Review of Vendor proposals, participate in technical clarification meetings and prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
 Co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines like Process, Piping, Civil & Structural and Instrumentation for their respective input to ensure effective progress of the project.
 Timely respond to the technical clarifications raised by peer groups like Procurement or any other functional departments.
 Manage workshare with GID, Vadodara office, India. Co-ordinate, follow up and prepare the mitigation plan to meet project schedule.

Projects: IRPC MARS Proposal at Vietnam- Lead Engineer, Marjan Gas Risk Analysis - Assigned Engineer

As a Lead Engineer/Senior Engineer, responsibilities include:
 Manage day-to-day activities of Mechanical department. This includes complete in-house design of Static Equipment (like Reactors, Columns, Vessels, and Heat Exchangers using Compress and PV-Elite software).
 Conduct Gap Analysis study for Static Equipment.
 Co-ordinate and support Head Office (Korea) for work share and provide required technical support to ensure the timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
 Preparation & checking of Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS), Engineering Drawings, Package/Technical specifications and Material Requisitions.
 Review of the Vendor proposals, participate in technical clarification meetings and prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
 Co-ordinate with other engineering disciplines like Process, Piping, Civil & Structural and Instrumentation for their respective input to ensure effective progress of the project.
 Prepare risk analysis for the proposals.

Edison Catalyst Expansion Project, Houston - Deputy Lead Engineer

• As a Deputy Lead/Senior Engineer, responsibilities include:
   Preparation and checking of engineering deliverables complying with applicable design codes & standards.
   Preparation & checking of Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS), Engineering Drawings, Package/Technical specifications and Material Requisitions.
   Review of the Vendor proposals, participate in technical clarification meetings and prepare Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
   Participate & conduct Kick-Off meetings and attend Pre-Inspection meetings with Vendors.
   Review of Vendor documents and co-ordinate with inter-disciplines for their input.
   Attend model review sessions and provide equipment-related requisite inputs to inter-disciplines.
   Manhour estimation and involved in the resource planning & management to meet the project schedules.
   Close coordination with Site Engineer to get the required information to perform engineering at the home office related to a modification in the existing equipment.
   Inter-discipline coordination to support the site construction team and ensured effective implementation of Client comments.

Lubrizol Zeus, Deer Park, Texas - Area Engineer

• As a Senior Engineer, responsibilities include:
   Preparation and checking of engineering deliverables complying with applicable design codes & standards.
   Involve and provide support to commercial (procurement) department for finalization of Material Requisitions.
   Review of technical offers and furnish responses to technical queries. Discussions/meetings with all the bidders on technical aspects and clarifications.
   Review and checking of vendor documents like design calculations, fabrication drawings, etc.
   Participate in weekly engineering progress meetings.

• STAR Refinery, Turkey - Area Lead Engineer (Assigned Engineer)

As a Senior Engineer, responsibilities include:
 Preparation and checking of engineering deliverables for Pressure Vessels, Filters & Deaerator complying with design codes & applicable technical specifications.
 Preparation of Material Requisition (MR) & Equipment Data Sheets (DS) to invite Bid from the Client-approved Vendors.
 Review of technical offers and provide responses to technical queries. Discussions/meetings with all the bidders on technical aspects and clarifications.
 Review of Vendor documents like design calculations, fabrication drawings, technical clarifications, etc.

Riyadh Clean Fuel Technology (RCTF) - Assigned Engineer

• As a Senior Engineer, responsibilities include:
   Preparation of Mechanical Datasheets / G.A.D’s for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, etc.
   Preparation of Material Requisitions and support procurement team with all required technical documentation.
   Review of technical offers and provide responses to technical queries. Discussions/meetings with all the bidders on technical aspects and clarifications.
   Preparation of Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
   Checking of vendor documents like design calculations, fabrication drawings and technical clarifications, etc.

• As a Design Manager/Lead Engineer/Engineer, responsibilities include:
   Delegation of work to the team to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
   Lead a team of 4 Engineers & 2 draftsmen to maintain the quality of engineering deliverables like
  design calculations and detailed drawings for Columns, Heat Exchangers, and Reactors etc.
   Preparation of WBS for the Design/Engineering in line with the project milestones.
   Checking of detail fabrication drawings and interaction with draughtsman for preparation of
  drawings.
   Estimate the material requirements & float Material Takeoff (MTO’s) notes for the procurement of
  long-lead items like plates, forgings, etc.
   Support procurement team during techno-commercial discussions/negotiations with
  Vendors/Suppliers. Manage customer relationships by analysing specifications provided by Clients
  and at the same time suggesting innovative and creative solutions to their problems/queries.
   Participate and represent engineering department during weekly project progress meetings with
  Client and Project Manager.
   Close coordination with Production and Quality to ensure fabrication quality and timely delivery of
  the equipment.
   Participate in kick of meetings and Pre- Inspection/Manufacturing (PIM/PMM) meetings with the
  Clients and EPC.
   Vendor development and Vendor Shop visit for expediting the progress.
   Preparation and checking of ASME Manufacturer Data Report (MDR). Coordination with the Third-
  Party Inspectors, ASME Authorized Inspector (AI), & Professional Engineers (PE) for timely approval
  of design documents.
   Checking and obtaining approval for final As-Built documentation from Client.
